Extreme body art and decoration

When there are still people who see tattoos and piercing as an aberration and a way of bodily injury, new extreme aesthetic trends that few dare to wear appear: the scarification, the implants and the mutilation. These techniques of body decoration are the most modern practices that adorn the human body; however, some of them have their origin in the most ancient and faraway civilizations of the world. In some big cities like Berlin they have been introduced gradually. Probably, as it has happened with tattoos and piercing, they will gain a wide acceptance in record time.

In the process of scarification, scars are formed by cutting or branding the skin. This technique is as old as the Mayan civilization, which used scarification for aesthetic purposes. Some African and American cultures also see these tattoos as a way of beauty. Today, people see the scarification as a simple aesthetic issue, but there are those who think that this is merely a way of self-mutilation.

Do you like these new ways of decorating the body? You should travel to the German capital and discover all these new trends. To have a comfortable stay, rent Apartments in Berlin and enjoy a great European city.

Nudist Beaches in Barcelona, Spain

Naturism is winning followers throughout the world. Some people see it as a way of life, some people think of it as an aberration and yet others see it as a great business. In any case, it seems that this phenomenon does not stop spreading. Despite this, naturism is still seeking its place in a society that seems increasingly tolerant.

Countries like Germany have a long naturism tradition. In the case of Spain, it is a more recent phenomenon. Only two decades have passed since the crime of public scandal was abolished, a law inherited from the Franco regime that could be applied in case someone offended “decency or morality with scandal or acts of grave importance”. But years have passed and nudism has been implemented gradually. For example, in Barcelona Spain, there is a long list of naturist beaches. Today the law protects Spanish nudity on the beaches and the city itself is a nudist town. One can go without clothes in the street if they so wish.

Do not wait any more to discover this new way of life! Feel freer and more connected with nature by practising naturism! Stay in apartments in Barcelona for a pleasant and cheap stay!

Rome's underground mysteries

Rome, the Eternal City, is one of the most fascinating cities in Italy. It is full of glory and grace. It has always been a destination visited by millions of people because of its extreme beauty. Rome is an outdoor museum with many things to see: the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Roman walls, the Pantheon, etc.

But we don’t have to focus only on what we see at first glance, since it has many hidden mysteries. This city has an endless hidden wealth of historical and cultural value. The increasing urbanization of the Roman territory, as well as the promotion of the mining exploitation, has allowed the extraction of many buried ruins.

The door of Villa Albani was hidden for centuries. At first the archaeologists thought it was a catacomb, or something else that was used to communicate with the nearby catacomb of S. Happiness. They also assumed that it was the mysterious mausoleum of Lucilio Peto, a circular tomb built in the time of Augustus. However, the direct exploration revealed that this was a type of mining cave. They found many amphora fragments, pieces of tiles with animal representations, beautiful embroidery, gold buttons and so on.

In the late nineteenth century, during the work on the Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, many Roman remains were released, but unfortunately they were destroyed. Of those which were saved; Templi dell’Area, Sacra di Largo, di Torre Argentina and the remains of the Domus Romana ai Baullari. Undoubtedly, it is worth visiting these places!

Rent apartments in Rome, you’ll be amazed by its beauty. You’ll have a comfortable and cheap stay and be able to enjoy underground Rome to the full!

The Crazy Horse Cabaret in Paris

But one of the most famous cabarets is without a doubt the Crazy Horse Paris show. It opened in 1951 on the George V avenue and is known for its nude female dancers chosen to be indistinguishable on stage in height and in breast size and shape. The cabaret came out of the mind of Alain Bernardin who wanted to put magic on stage. He created a wonderful universe of sparkle and glitter and beautiful women. Along with its dancers, the Crazy Horse has also been a popular venue for other artists, including magicians, jugglers and mime artists.
